1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Order Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders
